Amikacin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. This product is the majority of Enterobacteriaceae bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Proteus, Shigella, Salmonella, Citrobacter, Serratia etc. with good effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Alcaligenes, etc. have a good effect; for Neisseria meningitidis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae, yeah Mickelson spp, Campylobacter fetus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and certain non-tuberculous mycobacteria are also a good antibacterial effect, the antibacterial activity is slightly lower than the gentamicin.
